Create a New Channel

1. Select Channels → + New
2. Name: enter building + function, e.g. HF Library – General
3. Type: Audiovisual
4. Click Select Frameset → choose a template (e.g. Fullscreen 1920×1080) → Create

Scheduling

1. Open the channel → View Schedule
2. Click New → Change playlist and select the playlist
3. Set the date and time. For example, create day and night schedules:
   • 06:00–22:00 Day
   • 22:00–06:00 Night
4. Save. Remove old entries before adding new ones

Best Practice

• Provide a descriptive overview of the channel for other administrators
• Review biannually: remove playlists that are no longer in use
