Digital Signage – Connect Channel to Player
Purpose Display the content from a channel on a physical screen (player)
Procedure
- Go to Players and open the relevant player
- Under Properties → Channel @ Display 1: select the channel
- Click Save & Close
- Status shows green (online) or red (offline) in the overview
- Click Upload and verify that the status changes to ✔
- Tick the player and choose Generate Plan to update immediately
Troubleshooting
| Symptom |
Solution |
| The screen is black |
Check power and network, and ensure the status is online |
| Wrong content |
Verify the correct channel is selected and that the schedule is accurate |
