Requesting Scientific Software for Fox
If you wish to have scientific software installed or upgraded on Fox please fill out the following webform:
Under "Information about HPC resource", be sure to select Fox from the resource list and input your Educloud username (you do not need to add "@educloud.uio.no").
When you submit the form, a ticket will be created in the support system (RT) for software installations. You will receive an email informing you that a ticket in the RT queue has been open. We will typically get in contact with you within one work day.
