Important:
Outlook Mobile can only be used for email accounts in Microsoft 365. Nearly all email accounts ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ are in Microsoft 365. If you are unsure whether your email is in MS365, you can check it as follows:
Go to →. If you see a login window and can log in, you have your email in MS365. If you are asked to click on a link to be redirected, you can not use Outlook Mobile.
Download and install the Outlook Mobile app
- Those who have a UiO company phone install Outlook Mobile from Workspace One (Intelligent Hub).
- Others are requested to install the application from the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Configure Outlook Mobile
- Start Outlook Mobile on your device.
- In the Welcome Screen click Add Account.
- Enter your username@uio.no and select Add Account.
- The UiO Log In screen appears, enter your password, and authenticate using multi-factor authentication.
(Note! If you already have logged in to Microsoft 365 on your device, the UiO Log In screen might not appear)
- In the Add Another Account screen, select Maybe Later.
- An Enable Notifications message appears.
- Select Turn On or No Thanks. Your Inbox is displayed.
