Webmail (OWA)

Showing all the headers in Webmail

• Click on the e-mail that you wish to show the headers for and click on three dots on the top right corner (next to Reply, Reply all and Forward).

• Click on "view message details" in the dropdown menu.

•   The "message details" window is opened and you can read and copy the headers and paste them into a document or an e-mail.

Thunderbird

Pine

• In order to see all the headers in a message, click "h".

Forwarding a message in Pine with all headers included

• Show all headers as explained above. Forward the e-mail by clicking "F". Pine will then ask you if you wish to forward the e-mail as an attachment. Answer yes.

Outlook

Showing all headers in Outlook

• Outlook 2010 or newer

Windows

1. Open the message in a separate window by double-clicking on the message from the message list.
2. Click on Â«¹ó¾±±ô±ð» and then Â«±Ê°ù´Ç±è±ð°ù³Ù¾±±ð²õ».
3. Headers are shown in the «Internet headers».

Forwarding a message in Outlook with all headers included

• Outlook 2010: Select or open an email. Choose Â«²Ñ´Ç°ù±ð» and then Â«Forward as Attachment».
  NB! Outlook 2016 deletes some of the headers when done this way, so it's better to copy all the headers into an email.

Mac

1. In the email list, right-click on the message.
2. In the drop-down menu, click on Â«View Source». A text document containing all the headers from the email should pop up.

• Microsoft Outlook: In the same drop-down menu, choose Â«Forward as Attachment».

Gnus

• In the email you're looking at - click «Ctrl-u g».

• Click Â«S o M».

Apple Mail

1. Select an email in Apple Mail.
2. Choose Â«³Õ¾±±ð·É», «²Ñ±ð²õ²õ²¹²µ±ð» and then Â«All Headers». You can also use the keyboard command «³§³ó¾±´Ú³Ù+°ä³¾»å+±á».
3. Forward the email as usual.
4. Turn off the viewing of all headers by repeating the previous command: «³Õ¾±±ð·É», «²Ñ±ð²õ²õ²¹²µ±ð» og sÃ¥ «All Headers» (or&²Ô²ú²õ±è;«³§³ó¾±´Ú³Ù-°ä³¾»å-±á»)

Gmail

View all headers in Gmail

• Click on the email you want to get the header for. Click on the three dots in the upper corner (next to the answer arrow).

• In the dropdown menu, choose "view the original".

• The original email will be opened in a new window and you can read and copy the headers in order to paste them into a new email. Click on "Copy to clipboard" in the new window.
