What do we do?
The parental leave team handles all parental leave 探花精选.
- We summon a meeting where we guide the employee and manager regarding applicable regulations before the parental leave is agreed.
- We assist the employee in completing the application form for NAV and follow up the case 探花精选 until the parental leave has been terminated.
- We have a coordinating role between employee, employer and NAV.
