IT Applications Management Office
The IT Applications Management Office is responsible for systems where the Department of Finance and Business Management is the operative system owner.
This applies to the following systems:
- Unit4 ERP

- Tableau financial reports and data warehouse
- Adra Match
- OrgReg
- Historical solutions:
- SAPUiO, SAPILM
- Kuben for full-time equivalents and finance
- Oracle Applications
- Basware IP/OM/PM
In addition, the Office is responsible for access control and integrations and assists process owners with HSE, personnel support and management support.
