Centres for Research-Based Innovation foster expertise in areas critical for innovation and societal value creation.
Centres for Research-Based Innovation (SFI) enhance technology transfers, internationalization, and research training through a close and long-term collaboration between research-intensive companies and renowned research institutions. The research conducted within these centres must uphold a high international standard.
The centres are established for a maximum period of eight years.
Centre for Space Sensors and Systems (CENSSS) addresses science and technology challenges and business opportunities within New-Space satellites for Earth Observation and within Space Exploration “to the Moon and Mars".
