Input meeting: New language policy ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡

Join us and contribute to UiO's new language policy! At this first of two breakfast meetings – one in Norwegian, one in English – we will share experiences and gather input on language use and language policy ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡.

We have invited a panel to share their views with us. There will also be time for other participants to contribute with input and questions. This meeting will be in English.

The panel consists of:

  • Rodas Tadese Sibahtu, student and Officer of International affairs, Studentparlamentet
  • Sonja Iren Ã…man, Research Fellow, Faculty of Humanities
  • Anne Julie Semb, Dean, the Faculty of Social Sciences
  • Knut Martin Mørken, Vice Dean (Studies and Education), the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Science
  • Helge Jordheim, moderator and leader of the committee for the new language policy

We look forward to an open and wide-ranging conversation about our common linguistic future ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡.

Breakfast is served from 08.00, and the meeting starts at 08.30.
