is managed by the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation, Norad. The NORHED partnership model supports cooperation between higher education institutions in Norway and in the Global South, and the programme supports a number of different capacity building activities. In NORHED II the projects are coordinated by Norwegian universities.
